Make a Difference


WHAT YOU CAN DO TODAY, TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE... AND VIBRATE WITH PEACE.

  1. Think of one kind thing you can do today, that will make someone feel 
    special.

  2. Smile at a stranger....see what effect it has on you, and on the person you've given that smile.

  3. Go and HUG a child or anyone you feel could do with a big, warm hug.

  4. Make a gratitude list.

  5. Pay someone a sincere compliment.

  6. Put your attention on your heart and say these words slowly:  
    PEACE....HARMONY....LAUGHTER....LOVE

  7. Listen - with your heart.
